Orthodox Heretic

My senior thesis, produced over the course of a year and a half at Ringling College of Art and Design. I was a solo thesis responsible for creating both levels from initial concept art to final environment and props. Rendered in real time in UE4. 


Beneath the surface of the strange exoplanet Tallion B lies the Outertech Facility. After a rift in space allowed humans to travel to the foreign planet a facility was constructed to conduct research on potential Alien contact. The working theory being that this rift in space was not a random occurrence, but an invitation. With each artifact found, the idea of alien contact becomes more and more real. An ideology begins to take root within the scientists, would this ideology finally grant them their meeting or will it prove to be their demise?
